Workshops
Fermentation, nutrition, breathing, sleep, posture. Groups of 25, 45 minutes.
Food court
Healthy lunch and snacks from Dutch producers.
Movement
Short mobility and stretching sessions on the open floor, every hour.

Good to know
Is this for me if I am not into biohacking?
Yes. The festival is built for anyone who wants more healthy years: practical, evidence-based and affordable.
Do I need to change clothes or bring anything?
No. Every test, workshop and movement session works in your own clothes. Comfortable shoes help.
Are the Passport checks medical?
No. They give you a reference point, not a diagnosis. If something stands out, discuss it with your doctor.
